What Is Included in a Typical HVAC Tune-Up Service?
A typical HVAC tune-up includes filter replacement, thermostat testing, and a full safety and electrical inspection. We clean and inspect indoor and outdoor coils, the condensate pump, blowers, and fans. We lubricate motors and adjust or replace fan belts. We check refrigerant levels and pressures and verify operating temperatures. We measure airflow and static pressure and check control sequences and safeties.
